Key Responsibilities
🔹 Data Accuracy & Validation

Identify data discrepancies and flag items requiring manual review or pricing validation during catalog integration.

Support data processing tasks, including code creation, restoration, and archival requests, ensuring accuracy through structured verification.

Monitor catalog updates, ancillary fees, and item linkages to maintain consistency with the company’s central pricing strategies.
🔹 Pricing Analysis & Revenue Impact

Conduct side-by-side analyses of pricing changes and assess their impact on overall revenue.

Evaluate catalog updates for potential pricing and revenue implications, ensuring the company maintains competitive yet profitable positioning.

Work closely with pricing teams to align business objectives with data insights, supporting strategic decision-making.
🔹 Reporting & Dashboard Development

Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that visualize catalog changes, pricing variances, and revenue trends.

Use Excel, Power BI, or Looker to create clear, actionable visualizations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Produce detailed data summaries and visual reports that simplify complex metrics into easy-to-understand narratives.
🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with catalog specialists and business leaders to enhance workflows, streamline data imports, and optimize data validation processes.

Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to ongoing process improvements in data management, analytics, and reporting efficiency.
🔹 Quality Assurance & Data Standards

Requirements
🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
💻 Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.

Working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Familiarity with catalog systems, data integration workflows, and pricing analytics preferred.
