About the Role: Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations that shape our business strategies and product decisions.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — including operations, marketing, and technology — to interpret data, identify trends, and improve both the employer and candidate experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Develop and maintain data models and dashboards that visualize insights for key stakeholders.

  • Conduct statistical analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and emerging trends in user behavior and recruitment performance.

  • Present data findings and actionable insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and business growth goals.

  • Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize platform performance using data-driven recommendations.

  • Communicate complex analytical results clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Support decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and relevant data insights.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions.

  • Proficiency in Statistics, Data Modeling, and basic data interpretation techniques.

  • Strong command of Excel or other data analysis tools.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SQL or a programming language such as Python or R is an advantage but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely in a collaborative, global team environment.
