Job Overview:

As a Junior Data Analyst at Valcon Infotech, you will play a crucial role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help guide business decisions. You will work closely with our data and strategy teams to identify trends, create reports, and ensure data accuracy across multiple projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a strong analytical mindset, and wants to build a career in analytics or business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.

• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Support senior analysts in developing data models and predictive insights.

• Monitor data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

• Document analytical processes, methodologies, and findings for internal use.

• Assist in automating data workflows and report generation where possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation.

• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and visualization is a plus.

• Understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in data work.
