We are currently hiring an Experienced Freelance Long-Form Content Writer who excels at producing authoritative, engaging, and SEO-optimized long articles (1,500–3,000+ words) for our US audience.

About the Role

As a Long-Form Content Writer at InspireBits, you will craft comprehensive, research-driven content that goes beyond surface-level explanations. You will be responsible for writing in-depth articles, guides, explainers, whitepapers, and thought-leadership pieces across a variety of niches.

This role is ideal for writers who enjoy deep research, understand SEO and user intent, and can translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives. You’ll work closely with editors, project managers, and SEO strategists to deliver content that performs well and adds real value to readers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Long-Form Content Creation

  • Write high-quality, research-backed articles ranging from 1,500 to 3,000+ words.

  • Adapt writing tone and structure to suit a US-based audience.

  • Produce content that is original, engaging, and free of plagiarism.

2. Research & Topic Development

  • Conduct thorough research using credible sources, academic journals, industry reports, and expert interviews where required.

  • Break down complex topics into easy-to-understand explanations.

  • Stay updated with trends across niches like tech, marketing, SaaS, business, personal development, and lifestyle.

3. SEO-Optimized Writing

  • Write content aligned with SEO guidelines, keyword requirements, and user search intent.

  • Incorporate on-page SEO elements such as headings, subheadings, internal/external links, and proper content structuring.

  • Analyze competitor content to deliver more comprehensive and insightful work.

4. Editing & Revisions

  • Implement feedback from editors and improve drafts based on quality guidelines.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all content pieces.

5. Deadline Management

  • Deliver content within deadlines, sometimes working on multiple articles simultaneously.

  • Maintain strong communication with the editorial and project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional writing experience (freelance or in-house).

  • Proven expertise in long-form content creation.

  • Excellent English writing skills tailored for US readers.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Understanding of SEO writing best practices.

  • Ability to explain complex topics with clarity.

  • Experience writing in niches such as tech, marketing, SaaS, startups, productivity, business, or lifestyle.
