About the Role

As a Junior Analyst, you will work closely with multiple internal teams to gather data, maintain reporting dashboards, and support performance analysis across media and business initiatives. Salary 

Publicis Media offers a competitive compensation package for entry-level professionals. Based on current market trends for Junior Analyst roles in Bengaluru, the expected salary range is ₹4.5 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA, depending on qualifications, skills, internship experience, and interview performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and structure data from various internal and external sources.

  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks for media and analytics teams.

  • Analyse campaign performance and business metrics to uncover insights and trends.

  • Update dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates regularly

  • Assist in creating presentations, client performance summaries, and data visuals

  • Ensure high accuracy, data quality, and consistency across all reports.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfil data and reporting needs.

  • Work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines effectively.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields

  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)

  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and performance measurement

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines in a remote setup

  • Curious to learn the tools used in digital/media analytics


Preferred Skills (Optional but Helpful)

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, Data Studio, or other reporting platforms

  • Internship or academic experience in analytics, digital marketing, media, or reporting

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying (not mandatory)
