Role Overview

CIO Global is hiring a Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote – India) to support our growing content, marketing, and branding initiatives. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility, creative freedom, and the chance to collaborate with a global team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs that elevate our brand across multiple digital platforms. From social media creatives and infographics to presentations, digital banners, marketing collateral, and web graphics—you will play a vital role in shaping our visual identity.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing creative projects independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, website banners, newsletters, and digital campaigns.

  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, event creatives, and branding assets.

  • Work closely with the content, marketing, and leadership teams to understand project requirements.

  • Translate ideas, briefs, and concepts into creative visuals that reflect brand guidelines.

  • Ensure consistency in design across all communication channels.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

  • Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, including mobile, web, and print.

  • Provide fresh creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer (freelance or full-time).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital designs, branding work, and marketing creatives.

  • Proficiency in design tools:

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Adobe Illustrator

    • Canva

    • Figma (added advantage)

  • Solid understanding of colour theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.

  • Ability to convert creative briefs into visually appealing concepts.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

  • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience with UI/UX design basics

  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects)

  • Experience designing for tech, media, or corporate brands

  • Familiarity with B2B or editorial design formats
