Role Summary

As a Remote Data Analyst at Scry AI, you will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver insights that guide strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building dashboards, analysing trends, and answering business questions using data from multiple sources.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly in a remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Preparation

  • Extract, clean, and organise data from databases, APIs, CRM tools, and product usage logs.

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems.

  • Maintain structured datasets for recurring and ad hoc analysis

Analysis and Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics across:

    • Product usage and adoption

    • Sales funnel and revenue performance

    • Marketing campaigns and lead conversion

    • Customer success and retention

  • Conduct cohort, funnel, segmentation, and trend analysis.

  • Perform root cause analysis to identify drivers behind performance issues or anomalies.

Business Insights and Communication

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and analytical goals

  • Translate complex analyses into clear visualizations and narratives.

  • Support leadership with data insights for:

    • Performance reviews

    • Go-to-market planning

    • Product roadmap decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in a SaaS or enterprise software environment

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

  • Experience with Python or R is a plus

  • Solid understanding of product analytics, marketing analytics, or revenue analytics

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setup
