About the Team
The Operations Quality and Consumer & Customer Experience (CX) Team focuses on improving customer satisfaction across the entire product lifecycle. The team ensures excellent product quality and superior consumer experiences by transforming customer feedback into actionable insights.
This team plays a vital role in driving Logitech’s mission to become an iconic brand through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
Logitech is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The role involves analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to generate meaningful insights that enhance product quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into strategic business actions.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in data architecture and structure

Gather business requirements from multiple stakeholders

Convert business problems into analytical projects

Perform data mining and advanced analysis

Create comprehensive reports and dashboards
-
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Monitor and analyse Quality and CX performance metrics
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives
-
Promote a data-driven culture across the organisation
-
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and CX teams
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Data Analytics
-
Strong expertise in data visualization tools (preferably Tableau)

Advanced knowledge of SQL querying
-
Experience with Snowflake (preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication skills in English

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects

Strong sense of ownership and leadership mindset
Preferred / Additional Skills

PMP or similar project management certification

Experience with Python or R programming
-
Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies

Exposure to GenAI tools such as Claude or Gemini
