About the Role – Senior Consultant Business Analyst

Delphi is seeking a strategic and AI-savvy Product Leader with deep business and technical acumen. In this role, you will own the product roadmap, define long-term product vision, translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Educational & Domain Requirements – Business Analyst

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with an MBA (mandatory)

  • Cloud Experience: Hands-on exposure to cloud-based projects, preferably Microsoft Azure

  • Domain Preference: Prior experience in the Healthcare industry is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities – Senior Consultant Business Analyst

  • Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog and roadmap

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and success metrics

  • Lead complex requirements discovery, documentation, and impact analysis

  • Influence senior stakeholders and align business and technology teams

  • Apply business analysis frameworks and agile product management practices

  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven features

  • Define advanced AI and analytics requirements and translate insights into scalable use cases

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, data, GenAI/ML, and architecture

  • Translate business challenges into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Oversee testing, validation, and release readiness to ensure quality and business alignment
