Sutra.AI is looking for a technically proficient analyst who can lead Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) initiatives. The role involves working with diverse datasets, understanding database structures, and extracting actionable insights—especially in environments where data documentation may be incomplete or missing.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst

🗄️ Database Exploration

  • Navigate and query relational and non-relational databases

  • Understand table relationships and data flow

📈 Data Profiling & EDA

  • Perform deep exploratory data analysis

  • Identify missing values, anomalies, and outliers

🧩 Schema Discovery

  • Reverse-engineer data logic where definitions are missing

  • Create internal documentation

💡 Insight Generation

  • Convert raw data into actionable insights

  • Use statistical summaries and visual storytelling

📊 Visualization & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and KPI-driven reports

  • Support stakeholders with data-driven answers

💻 Required Technical Skills – Data Analyst

  • SQL: 2–4 years (Joins, CTEs, Window Functions)

  • Programming: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) or R

  • Visualization Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker

  • Statistics: Descriptive stats, correlation, distributions
