About the Role – Business Systems Analyst
As a Business Systems Analyst – IT Infrastructure, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams. Your role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions that support organizational goals and IT service management standards.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working across business and technology domains and want exposure to modern cloud and hybrid IT environments.
Key Responsibilities – Business Systems Analyst

Business Requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IT infrastructure services.

Requirement Translation: Convert business needs into functional and technical requirements for infrastructure teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cloud, network, security, operations, and infrastructure teams to design effective solutions.

Infrastructure Planning: Support planning and execution of infrastructure initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments.

Process & Gap Analysis: Analyze current infrastructure processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

ITIL Process Support: Assist with Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management processes.

Service Design: Participate in service design, capacity planning, and availability planning activities.

Incident Analysis: Support impact analysis and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related incidents.

Documentation: Create process flows, use cases, and detailed documentation for infrastructure services.

UAT Coordination: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate infrastructure solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a single point of contact, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications – Business Systems Analyst
Basic Qualifications

Education: MBA with 3–5 years of professional experience (any specialization) and a strong interest in technology, digital transformation, or business systems.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Tools Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, Chatbots/Conversational AI, and AI-powered productivity tools.

Professional Aptitude: Strong learning mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to understanding business processes and systems.

Availability: Willingness to work on a contract basis.
Preferred Qualifications

ITIL Foundation certification.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with ITOM, CMDB, or service management tools like ServiceNow.

Experience working in hybrid IT environments (on-premises and cloud).

Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance concepts.
