🧾 Role Summary – Business Analyst

BLJ Tech Geeks is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in the Software Asset Management (SAM) module.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to:

• Gather and document requirements

• Analyze business processes

• Implement and enhance SAM solutions

• Optimize software usage

• Ensure license compliance

🔍 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

• Gather and document business requirements related to Software Asset Management

• Analyze existing software licensing processes and suggest improvements

• Work on ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and enhancements

• Configure and support:

  • Software Asset Management

  • License Management

  • Software Discovery & Normalization

• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and compliance teams

• Create BRD, FRD, and user stories

• Conduct stakeholder workshops

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

• Prepare reports and dashboards for license compliance

• Ensure integration with CMDB and ITSM modules

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience – Business Analyst

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst

• 2+ years working with ServiceNow SAM

• Experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation

• Strong knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)

• IT Asset Management (ITAM) knowledge

• CMDB & Discovery understanding

• Good knowledge of ITIL processes

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• 1+ year hands-on experience with ServiceNow

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM

• ITIL Certification

• Experience in software compliance and audit support
