🎓 Education Requirements

Candidates applying for this role should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

🧑‍💻 Experience Requirements – Business Analyst

Applicants should have:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in roles such as:

    • Software Development

    • Systems Analysis

  • Experience working with healthcare programs, especially Medicaid or similar domains, is highly preferred.

⚙️ Technical Skills – Business Analyst

Candidates should possess strong technical and analytical expertise, including:

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Experience with Data Warehousing

  • Understanding of OLAP and OLTP environments

  • Experience with ETL processes

  • Proficiency in tools such as:

    • Microsoft Visio

    • SharePoint

    • Business Process Modeling techniques
