Expleo Group is hiring an experienced Business Analyst for its Chennai location. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in BRD & FSD documentation and deep exposure to the Lending domain, specifically Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, define processes, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications for enterprise-level BFSI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives

  • Conduct workshops and discussions to gather functional and business needs

  • Analyze current systems and propose optimized solutions

Documentation & Process Mapping

  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

  • Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD)

  • Develop process flows, use cases, and workflows using Microsoft Visio

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with business goals

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams

  • Support developers and testers with requirement clarifications

  • Participate in UAT support and requirement validation

  • Ensure timely delivery and requirement traceability

Domain Expertise – Lending Systems

  • Work on LOS & LMS platforms

  • Understand end-to-end lending lifecycle

  • Support enhancements and system upgrades within BFSI environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst

  • Strong experience in BRD & FSD documentation

  • Hands-on experience in Lending domain (LOS & LMS)

  • Proficiency with JIRA for requirement tracking

  • Experience using Microsoft Visio for process documentation

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in BFSI or financial systems preferred
