In this position, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop scalable business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Power BI Dashboards
You will design and maintain interactive dashboards and paginated reports using Power BI Desktop. These dashboards will be published to the Power BI Service to help stakeholders monitor performance metrics and key business indicators.
Build Scalable Data Models
The role requires building semantic models and writing optimized DAX measures and calculated columns. These models help ensure that business reports remain accurate, scalable, and high-performing.
Manage Data Transformations
You will create and maintain Power Query (M) transformations and reusable dataflows that support consistent and governed data preparation across reporting environments.
Power BI Administration
Candidates will manage datasets, workspaces, gateways, refresh schedules, and deployment pipelines while following enterprise governance standards and best practices.
Implement Data Security
Security and governance are important aspects of this role. You will implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) while maintaining compliance with company data protection policies.
Power Platform Integration
Another key responsibility includes integrating Power BI with Power Automate and Power Apps to enable automated workflows, approvals, notifications, and data-driven applications.
Custom Visualization
To enhance the analytics experience, you may develop or configure custom Power BI visuals that meet advanced reporting and visualization requirements.
SQL Data Management
Strong SQL skills are necessary for extracting, shaping, and optimizing data. You will collaborate with data engineering teams to support ETL pipelines and data performance improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
The role requires working closely with stakeholders to gather analytics requirements, define business KPIs, and ensure dashboards meet strategic business objectives.
Analytics Monitoring and Training
You will also monitor report usage analytics, improve dashboard performance, and provide training sessions and documentation to help users adopt analytics solutions effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates interested in this role should have the following experience and technical expertise:

Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service

Strong knowledge of advanced DAX authoring and performance optimization
