CACTUS is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between government stakeholders and AI/ML technical teams. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting initiatives aligned with National e-Governance Division objectives.

You’ll translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories and workflows, helping drive impactful digital transformation in citizen services.

🧩 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

• Requirement Gathering:
  Collaborate with government departments to document business and functional requirements.
• Agile Documentation:
  Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for AI/ML projects.
• Architecture Support:
  Work alongside solution architects to align technical solutions with user needs.
• Compliance & Standards:
  Ensure solutions meet usability, accessibility, and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) guidelines.
• Workshops & Testing:
  Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintenance:
  Manage requirement traceability matrices and change logs.
• Process Improvement:
  Analyze citizen service data to recommend AI-driven improvements.

🎯 Requirements – Business Analyst

• Education:
  B.Tech / MBA / M.Tech in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Computer Applications
• Experience:
  • 5–8 years in business analysis and requirement documentation
  • 2–3 years working on AI/ML or digital transformation projects
  • 3–5 years in stakeholder management and requirement gathering
  • Experience with government clients (preferred)
• Certifications (Preferred):
  CBAP, CCBA, or similar business analysis credentials

• Requirements Management: Advanced elicitation techniques & user story creation
• Process Analysis: BPMN, workflow design, and gap analysis
• Tools: Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro
• Testing: UAT planning, test case creation, defect tracking
• AI/ML Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI capabilities and data requirements
• Data Analysis: SQL basics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI
