Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle a variety of business analysis and project coordination activities, including:

• Supporting project management and implementation across multiple clients
• Understanding, documenting, and organising client business requirements
• Prioritizing requirements and coordinating deliverables
• Preparing business blueprints and mapping client workflows to SuperProcure functionalities
• Identifying customization requirements and assisting in detailed specification preparation
• Coordinating with clients for discussions, approvals, and project updates
• Translating business needs into technical specifications for development teams
• Collaborating with Technical Analysts and software developers
• Assisting testing teams in building business-related test scenarios
• Supporting Project Managers with project tracking and workstream management
• Ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications
