Job Role Overview

As a Product Business Analyst, you will support the development and optimization of digital insurance products by translating business requirements into actionable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define user stories, improve operational workflows, support testing activities, and ensure successful feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Requirement Management

  • Gather and refine business and product requirements with stakeholders and product teams.
  • Convert business goals into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain release notes, process documentation, backlog items, and feature specifications.
  • Manage Agile product backlogs using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Support project planning, testing, and product launch activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, requirement walkthroughs, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Support product discovery activities such as journey mapping and MVP scoping.
  • Provide internal support and training for newly implemented digital systems.

Process Improvement

  • Analyse current operational workflows and customer journeys.
  • Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and technology teams to streamline business processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis for product enhancement recommendations.
  • Track product performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven business and product decisions.

Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate feature outcomes.
  • Ensure proper documentation standards and process consistency.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and internal knowledge documents.

Eligibility Criteria
