About the Internship
As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll support Indee’s Account Management team in managing award submissions for leading film studios, streaming platforms, television networks, documentaries, and other entertainment organisations.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in quality control, business operations, client support, email campaign management, and operational processes while collaborating with experienced professionals in a growing SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day client operations.
- Reviewing uploaded videos, metadata, and digital assets for accuracy.
- Performing quality assurance checks before client deliverables.
- Creating and editing HTML email templates.
- Assisting with customized email campaign scheduling.
- Organising operational data and documentation.
- Supporting internal business operations projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client deadlines.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML email editing (preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn internal tools and workflows.

Hybrid Work Schedule
This internship primarily supports US-based clients and follows a night shift schedule of 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST.
Most work is performed remotely, while interns are expected to visit the Bengaluru office for one scheduled week each month to collaborate with the team. Additional working hours may occasionally be required during peak award submission periods.
