About the Role

The Online Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing online and digital data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that support TELUS Digital’s business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in helping teams understand digital performance, optimise campaigns, and make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse online data from multiple sources including web analytics platforms, social media, and internal databases.

• Monitor digital performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) across different channels.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to support data-driven strategies.

• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making processes.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets. The ideal Online Data Analyst will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

• Proven experience in digital analytics, online performance analysis, or data reporting.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and modern data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

• Strong communication skills to convey findings effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
