Job Overview
Honeywell is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join its Aerospace Technologies team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in business process analysis, enterprise systems, requirement gathering, and stakeholder collaboration.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring enterprise systems are aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Systems Analysis

Analyze business processes and identify system improvement opportunities

Understand enterprise application workflows and system dependencies

Translate business needs into functional and system requirements
Requirement Gathering & Documentation

Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders

Prepare detailed business and system requirement documents

Create process flows, workflows, and use cases

Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations

Support development and testing teams with requirement clarifications

Participate in UAT planning and execution

Ensure smooth communication across global teams
Digital Transformation Support

Contribute to enterprise digital transformation initiatives

Support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades

Ensure solutions align with aerospace industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

Strong knowledge of business process analysis and enterprise systems

Experience in requirement gathering and documentation

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Exposure to aerospace, automation, or large enterprise environments is a plus
