Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

Conduct initial HR screening calls

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle

Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities
HR Operations

Maintain and update employee and candidate records

Support onboarding and documentation processes

Assist in attendance, reports, and HR trackers

Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities

Ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders
Communication & Coordination

Act as a point of contact for candidates during the hiring process

Ensure positive candidate experience

Handle queries related to recruitment and HR processes
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or MBA in Human Resources (preferred)

0–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR processes
