Golden Opportunities is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the P&C insurance domain and solid SQL expertise. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver high-quality insurance solutions.

Experience in policy data migration projects and hands-on exposure to Duck Creek or similar insurance platforms will give you a competitive edge.

✅ Key Requirements – Business Analyst

• Experience: Minimum 9+ years as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain
• Domain Expertise: At least 5+ years working with Policy, Billing, and Claims systems
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and regulations
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Platform Experience: Duck Creek or Guidewire (Policy & Billing Center) is a plus
• Migration Experience: Policy data migration knowledge is an added advantage

🔧 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements focused on billing operations
• Work closely with ETL and data migration teams for mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Perform data profiling and gap analysis between legacy and target systems
• Support development and QA teams during design, testing, and UAT phases
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions based on best practices
• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Track deliverables, maintain traceability matrices, and provide regular project updates
