🔍 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

• Analyze incoming tickets and requests related to insurance forms and capture business requirements accurately
• Perform detailed forms mapping to ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, requirements, and compliance needs
• Ensure all forms align with insurance industry regulations and legal frameworks
• Manage and prioritize multiple requests while providing timely updates
