Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Dicetek LLC, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand project goals, process gaps, and improvement areas.

  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather detailed business requirements.

  • Document functional requirements, user stories, use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

3. Process Improvement

  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and scalability.

4. Project Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between business teams, development teams, and project managers.

  • Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking.

5. Testing & Validation

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Validate system functionality against documented business requirements.

  • Provide feedback and ensure smooth deployment of new features or enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in IT consulting or software development environments
