Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Interpret structured and unstructured datasets using statistical techniques.

  • Develop regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

  • Identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities within customer support and omnichannel engagement data.

  • Provide impact assessments and analytical recommendations to leadership teams.

CRM & Workflow Analytics

  • Analyse customer data within Salesforce.com CRM systems.

  • Utilize JIRA to evaluate workflows, operational performance, and issue tracking metrics.

  • Perform segmentation, trend analysis, and performance benchmarking.

Business Intelligence & Visualization

  • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and advanced data visualizations.

  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies.

Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Identify new opportunities for operational efficiencies and system enhancements.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives focused on process re-engineering.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.

  • Expand existing support processes to enable new tools, services, and consulting capabilities.

Leadership Support & Mentoring

  • Provide consulting and analytical services to management teams.

  • Facilitate risk assessments, issue identification, and data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Offer technical mentoring and guidance to junior analysts.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytics role.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.

  • 2+ years of professional experience using JIRA.

  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and reporting packages.

  • Experience working with large datasets, pivot tables, segmentation techniques, and dashboard tools.

  • Proven background in customer support analytics or CRM platforms.
