Job Overview

TripifyIndia is hiring a Data Analyst to join its analytics and insights team. This full-time position offers flexibility to work either remotely or on-site in New Delhi, depending on your preference.

As a Data Analyst at TripifyIndia, you’ll work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You’ll get hands-on experience with real-world travel datasets, AI-based tools, and cloud analytics platforms.

Whether you’re a fresher passionate about data or an early-career professional eager to grow, this role is designed to help you sharpen your analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and interpret large datasets to identify key business trends and insights.

  • Build dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

  • Analyse travel trends, booking patterns, and user behavior to improve platform performance.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-driven strategies.

  • Use SQL, Excel, and Python/R for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

  • Prepare automated reports to support strategic business decisions.

  • Ensure high data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.

  • Strong command of Excel and SQL for data querying and reporting.

  • Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for analytics.

  • Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

  • Solid understanding of data modelling, statistics, and business intelligence.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field (freshers also encouraged).

  • Experience with travel, e-commerce, or digital marketing analytics.

  • Understanding of predictive modelling, forecasting, and A/B testing.

  • Familiarity with APIs, Google Analytics, and SQL-based data pipelines.

  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google BigQuery).
