About the Role
As a Data Analyst at Precision AQ, you will play a critical role in supporting client business processes and operational activities to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. This role blends analytical thinking with hands-on operational execution, offering a unique opportunity to grow in both areas.
You will collaborate closely with Senior Data Analysts and Operations Delivery Leads to manage data, optimize workflows, and enhance process efficiency. You will also support client-facing operations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

Understand and clearly communicate client business issues, operating rules, and standard procedures.

Execute predefined operational processes with precision and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with Senior Data Analysts and Operations Delivery Leads to design and implement improved operational models.

Remain up to date on emerging tools, techniques, and working models to support continuous process improvement.

Develop a strong understanding of operational data, tools, and technology to bridge communication between business and technical teams.

Build subject matter expertise over time and apply this knowledge to operational processes and decision-making.

Conduct data quality checks and validations on all deliverables, reporting results to the Operations Delivery Lead.

Support the definition and execution of operational models, including quality assurance checks, governance frameworks, and documentation of roles and responsibilities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (across multiple time zones) to ensure smooth and timely client deliveries.

Partner with the engineering team to implement new operational procedures and test modified workflows to ensure alignment with business needs.

Perform functional testing of new or updated operational procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Manage multiple concurrent client projects, prioritizing effectively to produce high-quality results within deadlines.

Collaborate with internal Precision Medicine Group teams to deliver holistic solutions that add value to the client and the organization.

Conduct secondary research as needed and respond to client inquiries related to operational deliverables.
Qualifications
Minimum Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (experience with stored procedures is a plus).

Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and operational mindset.

Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, managed markets consulting, or analytics consulting is a plus.

Exposure to US healthcare, managed care, or analytics projects is advantageous.

Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Ability to deliver analytic results or operational insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or MBA/PGDM (or equivalent) in a related field.

Product management, data operations, or business process management experience.

Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, payer models, or life sciences data.
