About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that power mission-critical processes in banking. You will work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration, strong performance, and a refined user experience.

This role requires a strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms, API development, front-end frameworks, and best-in-class coding practices. You will also work closely with product managers, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders in an agile environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model, allowing professionals in Pune or Hyderabad to enjoy flexibility while collaborating with onsite and distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust and scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and modular code following industry best practices.

  • Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services optimized for performance and security.

  • Create dynamic, responsive, and modern user interfaces using ReactJS.

  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design improvements.

  • Work in an agile development environment with sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product owners.

  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

  • Follow secure coding practices and support compliance requirements typical for the banking domain.

  • Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Developer.

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

  • Working knowledge of relational & NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

  • Experience with API development, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and code repositories.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong advantage.

  • Good understanding of DevOps concepts, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and secure coding.

  • Prior experience in the Banking, BFSI, or FinTech sector is highly desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in high-compliance, regulated environments.

  • Knowledge of payment processing, banking workflows, or financial applications.

  • Exposure to event-driven architecture, messaging queues, or Kafka.

  • Ability to understand complex business rules and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
