About the Role
As a Digital Web Data Analyst, you will help HP understand how customers interact with digital platforms and online experiences. By analysing clickstream and web analytics data, you will generate insights that support strategic decisions, improve customer engagement, and optimize digital performance.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Analysing web and digital interaction data to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
- Working with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) datasets to measure digital engagement and customer behaviour.
- Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Adobe Workspace, and other business intelligence tools.
- Writing SQL queries and utilizing Databricks to analyse large-scale datasets efficiently.
- Translating business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting frameworks.
- Delivering actionable recommendations that support business growth and digital optimization.
- Monitoring data quality and improving reporting processes to ensure accurate decision-making.

Required Qualifications
