About the Job
VirtueVin Solutions is hiring an HR Recruiter who can join immediately. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews and managing recruitment activities independently in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment records and daily activity reports
- Manage multiple job positions independently
Eligibility & Skills
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Must have experience as an IT Recruiter
- Good English communication skills
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions independently
- Flexible working hours and availability as required
- Experience in US Healthcare recruitment will be an added advantage
- Candidates must be comfortable with flexible working hours; this is not a fixed 9 AM–6 PM role
