Job Overview

The Human Resource Executive (Remote) will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and performance coordination. You will work closely with internal teams across India, helping GoodSpace AI maintain a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.

This role is ideal for candidates who are self-driven, comfortable working in a fully remote environment, and able to communicate effectively across teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Handle complete recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal tools to identify ideal candidates.

  • Conduct telephonic and virtual HR rounds to evaluate communication, culture fit, and role readiness.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress for multiple roles simultaneously.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Create and streamline seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and documentation as per company standards.

  • Coordinate with IT/Admin teams for access setups and orientation schedules.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan virtual engagement activities, team meets, and recognition programs to boost employee morale.

  • Conduct pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and work closely with leadership to improve workplace satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong professional communication and address employee queries and concerns promptly.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.

  • Support monthly HR reports, MIS updates, and HR analytics.

  • Assist in policy refinement, process improvements, and HR system updates.

  • Ensure company policies align with employment law and organisational objectives.

5. Performance Management

  • Coordinate quarterly and annual performance review cycles.

  • Assist managers in setting KPIs, tracking progress, and providing evaluation guidance.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company performance processes.


Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition + HR Operations).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a remote environment.

  • Knowledge of HRMS systems and recruiting tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in tech, SaaS, or startup environments.

  • Knowledge of HR analytics or AI tools (training will be provided).

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
