About the Role – Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources Executive at EaseMyTrip, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions and supporting the organization’s people strategy. This role requires close coordination with leadership and employees to ensure smooth recruitment, effective HR operations, and a positive workplace culture. You will play a crucial role in building, engaging, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.


Roles and Responsibilities – Human Resources Executive

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Interact regularly with management to understand hiring needs and business requirements

  • Handle the complete recruitment and selection process through internal and external sources

  • Conduct interviews for technical and non-technical positions

  • Source candidates using head-hunting, LinkedIn, company mapping, referrals, and job portals

  • Collaborate with business teams to implement talent engagement and development initiatives

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Manage HR documentation including LOI, appointment, confirmation, promotion, increment, relieving letters, and exit interviews

  • Handle onboarding formalities, personnel file management, bank account opening, and statutory documentation

  • Document HR processes using HRMS software

  • Maintain employee databases in both digital and physical formats

Payroll, Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Manage attendance, payroll, and salary administration

  • Monitor employee grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll processes, PF, ESI, PT, and TDS

  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and address concerns effectively

  • Manage full and final settlements and exit interview processes

Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

  • Implement innovative initiatives to engage and motivate employees

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees

  • Foster a positive and healthy work environment

  • Support current and future business needs through effective human capital management


Desired Candidate Profile – Human Resources Executive

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues

  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office with experience in HR reporting and presentations

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

  • Hiring Expertise: Experience recruiting through multiple channels

  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, accurate, and quality-focused

  • Reliability: Dependable and responsive to management direction

  • HR Knowledge: Good understanding of labor laws, payroll, PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
