About the Role – Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager at Abacus.AI, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while ensuring a strong employee experience. You’ll work closely with leadership on hiring plans, compliance, and people strategy as the company scales.


Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Manager

  • End-to-End HR Operations: Take full ownership of HR processes and people operations.

  • Leadership Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on hiring and workforce scaling plans.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.


Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in HR or People Operations.

  • Track Record: Proven experience supporting fast-growing teams.

  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor laws.

  • Joining Timeline: Must be able to join within 1–2 weeks.

  • PST Coverage: Ability to provide limited PST coverage via Slack for 1–2 hours per week (up to 11:00 AM PST, not required daily).
