About the Hybrid Role

As a Hybrid Junior Data Analyst, you will work partly from home and partly from our office in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. This setup allows you to enjoy remote work convenience while still receiving in-person mentorship, team interaction, and training when needed.

You’ll collaborate with senior analysts, domain experts, and cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, visualize, and report data across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

In this hybrid position, you will:

Data Collection & Management

  • Gather, clean, and process data from diverse digital and operational sources.

  • Maintain data integrity through validation and error-checking procedures.

  • Support the development and enhancement of data pipelines and repository systems.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.

  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in simplifying complex datasets for non-technical teams through clear interpretation.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Build dashboards, charts, and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Present analytical insights in a clear and understandable format for teams and leadership.

  • Support decision-making initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Attend hybrid team meetings (virtual + occasional in-person).

  • Coordinate with various departments to understand their data needs.

  • Contribute to ongoing analytics projects and organizational improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and evaluate data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

  • Basic understanding of SQL and database querying is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills for remote and in-person coordination.

  • Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.

  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to new tools.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any related field.

  • 0–1 years of experience; freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Academic projects, internships, or certifications related to analytics will be a strong advantage.

Hybrid Work Requirements

To ensure smooth collaboration, candidates must:

  • Be available for on-site work in Nellore at least 2–3 days per week (exact schedule may vary).

  • Have a stable internet connection for remote days.

  • Be comfortable using online communication and project management tools.
