Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who is skilled in SQL, understands data modelling, and can turn raw data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate should be flexible, working with a hybrid IST–US time zone overlap, capable of handling complex datasets, and able to start immediately.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys data storytelling, dashboard creation, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Cleaning

  • Gather data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Prepare and structure datasets for further analysis.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Write advanced SQL queries across different databases.

  • Apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Build, update, and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar BI tools.

  • Create visually clear reports that support decision-making.

Business Communication

  • Present insights to stakeholders in simple, actionable formats.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in India and able to join within 1 week.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modelling.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase, Domo, etc.).

  • Understanding of statistics, KPIs, and data validation.

  • Ability to work a hybrid IST–US time overlap schedule.

  • Must clear 2–3 rounds of interviews.

  • This role is NOT open to freshers and is not suitable for AI/ML/Data Science aspirants.

  • Should be able to articulate why they’re a strong fit—this company values real skills over generic CVs.
