About the Role

This is a full-time remote position suitable for designers who excel in creating visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You will collaborate with content creators, marketing strategists, product teams, and the leadership group to develop high-quality creatives that support brand awareness and business goals.

From social media graphics, presentations, marketing banners, and branding materials to UI/UX support, your work will be central to CuringBusy’s communication strategy. You will also have the freedom to share ideas, experiment with styles, and push the creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Graphic Designer at CuringBusy, your responsibilities will include:

1. Visual Content Creation

  • Design social media posts, infographics, newsletters, banners, posters, and more.

  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns and marketing initiatives

  • Transform briefs and ideas into captivating designs that match the brand’s tone

2. Branding & Identity

  • Maintain consistency in color palettes, typography, icons, and visual styles

  • Assist in developing brand assets, templates, and guidelines

  • Help enhance and evolve the brand’s visual identity over time

3. UI/UX Support

  • Support in designing UI elements, wireframes, and layout concepts

  • Collaborate with product and development teams for web and app design needs

4. Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and content team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas

  • Participate in planning creative campaigns and suggesting visual directions

  • Take constructive feedback and make improvements as required

5. Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Ensure all deliverables follow best practices and quality standards

  • Maintain organized design files and assets for easy team collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (freelance or full-time)

  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout

  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

  • Ability to design for both digital and print formats

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your best and most recent work

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset

  • Good communication skills and the ability to understand creative briefs

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing

  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices

  • Experience designing for social media performance and brand awareness
