Role Overview

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing deep analysis, predictive modelling, and reporting to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.

  • Perform predictive and statistical modelling to support strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy across all analytics projects.

  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.

  • Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
