🎯 Requirements & Qualifications – ServiceNow Business Analyst (CSM)

🔧 Technical Experience

  • Experience: 6+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform

  • CSM Expertise: Strong knowledge of Case Management, CSM Portal, and related processes

  • Data Skills: Hands-on experience with CMDB, data migration, and data activities from external tools to ServiceNow

  • CSDM Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for data mapping and migration

  • Integrations: Proficiency in Data Mapping, Data Models, and API integrations

🧠 Methodology & Soft Skills

  • Frameworks: Good working knowledge of ITIL and Agile SCRUM

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to convert complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
