🔧 Technical Experience

Experience: 6+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform

CSM Expertise: Strong knowledge of Case Management, CSM Portal, and related processes

Data Skills: Hands-on experience with CMDB, data migration, and data activities from external tools to ServiceNow

CSDM Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for data mapping and migration

Integrations: Proficiency in Data Mapping, Data Models, and API integrations
