Key Responsibilities
US IT Recruitment

Source candidates for US IT requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements

Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews

Understand and match candidate profiles with client job requirements
US Hiring & Compliance Knowledge

Work with US IT job roles and technology stacks

Understand US visa types, tax terms, and employment classifications

Coordinate with candidates on availability, documentation, and interview schedules
Client & Candidate Coordination

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle

Schedule interviews and follow up on feedback

Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements
HR & Reporting

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Corporate Hiring
