About the Role – Business Analyst

Orcapod is hiring Business Analysts to support a Big4 consulting client on technology-related projects. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and translate them into structured documentation for development teams.

This role requires strong German language proficiency, as the candidate may work with German-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology projects.

  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure clear communication with technical teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver solutions.

  • Communicate effectively with international clients and teams.

  • Learn and work with tools like ServiceNow as required.

Key Requirements – Business Analyst

1. Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

2. Language Skills

  • Fluent German (Advanced level).

  • Strong speaking, reading, and writing skills.

  • Ability to understand local German accents in professional conversations.

3. Documentation Skills

  • Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and supporting project documentation.

4. Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

5. Technical Tools

  • Willingness to learn and work with ServiceNow.
