💼 About the Role
Mphasis is seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform) or FAST (Flexible Architecture, Simplified Technology). The role focuses on bridging business requirements with technology solutions, especially within the insurance domain.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with strategic objectives. This includes requirement gathering, solution validation, and process optimization.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
- Gather and prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Design and implement solutions using ALIP or FAST platforms
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions
- Create documentation, including BRDs, use cases, and process flows
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solution accuracy
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in user training
- Track project progress and communicate risks and updates
- Identify process improvements and recommend optimization strategies
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong experience with ALIP or FAST platforms
- Deep understanding of the insurance domain (life insurance preferred)
- Expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
