About the Role

Brabers is hiring an experienced Conga CPQ Business Analyst for a global Pharma/MedTech transformation programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with commercial, sales, finance, operations, and IT teams to improve business processes, gather requirements, and support the continuous enhancement of the Conga CPQ platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across Conga CPQ projects and enhancements
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Create user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
• Support Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes
• Collaborate with Salesforce, SAP, Conga, and integration teams
• Support UAT, testing, deployment, training, and go-live activities
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and industry standards

Required Skills & Experience

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Business Analyst experience
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Conga CPQ experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce and Conga ecosystems
• Deep understanding of:
  • Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
  • Lead-to-Cash (L2C)
  • Pricing & Quoting
  • Contract Management
  • Order Management
  • Billing Processes
• Experience with SAP SD and SAP FI/MM integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with requirement gathering and process improvement
• Exposure to UAT, testing, and change management

Preferred Skills

• Pharma, MedTech, or Life Sciences industry experience
• Conga CLM knowledge
• SAP S/4HANA exposure
