Job Description
Tribute Technology is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to analyse eCommerce performance, identify trends, investigate anomalies, and deliver actionable business insights. The successful candidate will work with eCommerce Operations and Growth teams in a fully remote role across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse eCommerce conversion funnels, performance metrics, and customer behaviour.
- Develop baseline models to identify performance gaps and anomalies.
- Write and maintain SQL queries using BigQuery and Amazon Athena.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker, and Looker Studio.
- Perform funnel and path analysis using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Measure the impact of product updates and eCommerce growth initiatives.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with data engineering teams.
- Use statistical analysis to identify trends and support business decisions.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on eCommerce or digital analytics experience.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX measures.
- Familiarity with Looker, LookML, and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, baseline modelling, and anomaly detection.
- Python or R experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
