Role Overview
Accenture is recruiting an analytical and resilient Measurement and Report Analyst for its Trust & Safety reporting team in Hyderabad.
In this role, you will support operations that keep the internet safe by managing complex data pipelines,building high-quality AWS dashboards, tracking Trust & Safety metrics, and providing executive summaries to leadership, Operations, and Quality teams. Note: While this role does not directly review or moderate disturbing content, it operates in proximity to content moderation teams, requiring strong emotional resilience, coping skills, and adherence to wellness support guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics, Reporting & SQL Engineering

SQL & Data Querying: Write robust SQL queries, macros, and JSON scripts to extract, validate, and process operational metrics.

Dashboard Engineering: Build high-performance executive dashboards and reporting solutions leveraging Advanced Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI, and AWS reporting architectures.

AWS & Forecasting Integration: Partner with development teams to build AWS-based reporting tools; leverage AWS machine learning, forecasting, and anomaly detection capabilities to identify operational trends.

Data Integrity & SME Support: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for operational metrics, ensuring absolute data accuracy, consistency, and rigorous error-checking across all deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Automation

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), PMO, and client stakeholders to deliver scheduled and ad-hoc analytics.

Reporting Automation: Drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual turnaround times.

Executive Storytelling: Prepare clear analytical findings, executive summaries, and performance forecasts to empower data-driven leadership decisions.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills Required

Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in reporting analytics, business intelligence, or operations analysis.

Core Technical Stack:

Strong understanding of SQL and programming concepts, including Macros and JSON.

Advanced expertise in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (modeling, pivot tables, Power Query) and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in building dashboards using Excel; hands-on experience with Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI is a strong advantage.
