We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Media team — someone passionate about numbers, insights, and turning data into strategies that drive growth.

As a Data Analyst at Blink Digital, you’ll play a key role in analysing media performance data, uncovering insights, and helping optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and ROI. You’ll work alongside our marketing, social, and creative teams to ensure data powers every decision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse performance data across digital, social, paid, earned, and owned media.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs like reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

  • Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, audience behaviour, and campaign performance.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Marketing, PR, and Creative — to align insights with business goals.

  • Develop predictive models and use statistical techniques to forecast campaign outcomes.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms and reports.

  • Stay current with industry benchmarks, analytics tools, and media trends.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a media, marketing, or digital environment.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, and other media performance tools.

  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and campaign measurement frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.

  • Strong communication and storytelling ability to translate data insights into business strategies.

  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights that drive measurable impact.
