🔍 Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and supporting the implementation of technology-driven solutions.
This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, communication skills, and technical understanding to ensure successful project delivery in a collaborative environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Requirements Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions
- Convert business needs into clear, structured technical specifications
- Develop process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data models
🔹 Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams
- Ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Resolve requirement conflicts and clarify ambiguities
🔹 Solution Delivery Support
- Collaborate with development teams during design and implementation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions
- Assist in change management and user adoption initiatives
🔹 Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and governance
- Support audit and compliance processes as required
🧠 Skills & Requirements
🔹 Core Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Proven stakeholder management skills
🔹 Technical Skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of process modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, ERP or CRM systems (preferred)
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
