Role Overview

This hybrid role combines Business Analysis responsibilities with SharePoint development and administration, making it a unique opportunity for professionals who want to work across both functional and technical domains.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design solutions, and implement systems that enhance business performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and system diagrams.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Create detailed documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate implemented solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

SharePoint & Power Platform Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments.
• Build and customize SharePoint sites, document libraries, and workflows.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Apps for application development
  • Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Power BI for dashboards and reporting
• Manage permissions, governance policies, and security configurations.
• Implement document management and collaboration solutions.
• Configure metadata, forms, and content types within SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Ensure system performance, compliance, and best practices.
