Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

Location: Remote – Greater Bengaluru Area
Work Timings: Rotational shifts (1:30 pm – 10:30 pm / 4 pm – 1 am / 9 pm – 6 am)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Data Analyst to help our customers manage and optimise product data syndication.
You’ll be responsible for configuring, mapping, and validating product data across eCommerce platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth API integrations.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about data transformation, system integration, and eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer data syndication using Syndigo’s proprietary tools and processes.

• Analyse and interpret eCommerce endpoint requirements and documentation.

• Configure customer accounts, set up API connections, and validate endpoints.

• Map product content and attributes between customer systems and online platforms.

• Validate and ensure compliance of product data with endpoint standards.

• Troubleshoot mapping and validation issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor and maintain data feedback loops in the Syndigo Product Information Management (PIM) system.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support through tickets and email.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, data integration, or analytics.

• Solid understanding of API connectors, data mapping, and transformation workflows.

• Familiarity with integration tools, cloud systems, and PIM environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global teams.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Engineering.

• Certifications or coursework in data analytics, API management, or system integration are a plus.

• Equivalent practical experience in data transformation or eCommerce integrations will also be considered.
