GACS is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support its marketing analytics and insights function. In this role, you will analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence business decisions.

You will also focus on building automated reporting systems, improving data accuracy, and creating dashboards that enable stakeholders to monitor performance in real time. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams based in India and the United States.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

📊 Data Analysis & Performance Insights

  • Analyse large-scale marketing datasets to uncover trends and performance drivers

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

  • Identify anomalies and provide data-backed explanations for performance changes

  • Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Support marketing attribution and measurement frameworks

⚙️ Automation & Reporting

  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis

  • Build automated reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and scripting tools

  • Develop interactive dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Streamline reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency

🤝 Collaboration & Data Quality

  • Work closely with marketing, technical, and account management teams

  • Translate business questions into structured analytical tasks

  • Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks

🎯 Required Qualifications

🎓 Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence

🛠 Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data modelling, automation)

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Experience with automation tools like Apps Script, Supermetrics, or similar
